• Working with a FTSE 100 Insurer we have developed members of the HR team. They undertook a 9 month programme with us to develop their expertise in ; Business Acumen; Influencing and Stakeholder Management and Business Facilitation.

• In a major accountancy practice we developed the facilitation skills of key HR professionals to enable them to better manage and influence challenging business groups.

• We have worked alongside numerous learning & development functions, in a variety of sectors including retail, financial services, utilities and leisure, to develop their skills in learning strategy and design.

• As the global learning consultant to an international business, we supported the development of skills to design a menu of coherent, worldwide, culturally attuned development options.
