Working with a FTSE 100 Insurer we have developed members of the HR team. They undertook a 9 month programme with us to develop their expertise in ; Business Acumen; Influencing and Stakeholder Management and Business Facilitation.
In a major accountancy practice we developed the facilitation skills of key HR professionals to enable them to better manage and influence challenging business groups.
We have worked alongside numerous learning & development functions, in a variety of sectors including retail, financial services, utilities and leisure, to develop their skills in learning strategy and design.
As the global learning consultant to an international business, we supported the development of skills to design a menu of coherent, worldwide, culturally attuned development options.
